1、 The chain parts, including the chain wheel, need to be lubricated regularly, and the contact points between the connecting rods also need to be properly lubricated.
2、 220mm2/s 40 ℃ gear oil with mild and high pressure additives shall be used at the gear box.
3、 The exposed machined surfaces and exposed threaded surfaces (including screws and screw holes) of various parts of the hoist shall be coated with calcium base anti-rust grease or other anti-rust grease.
4、 The bearing of the hook shall be filled with calcium base anti-rust grease to prevent rust, and the anti-rust function shall be checked frequently to achieve the purpose of extending the use.
