1. Regularly visually inspect the track and hook, and manually control and check the brake device and balance pulley.
2. Add grease to the gear regularly to keep the gear lubricated;
3. Check whether the ring chain is aged or damaged, whether the switch is sensitive, and whether the switch insulation sleeve is loose.
4. When the oil in the gear box of the electric chain hoist reaches 500 hours from the start of operation, please check whether the lubricating oil is sufficient, and regularly check the lubricating oil condition in the next three months. If it is insufficient, it needs to be refueled.
5. When the electric chain hoist is used outdoors, rain-proof equipment shall be erected.
