Solution for poor contact of sliding wire of electric hoist

Electric hoist is used in construction sites, stage decoration and other aspects. During use, it may cause failures due to some factors, including poor contact of sliding wire. The following is a brief introduction to the steps to solve this problem.

1、 Since the electric hoist is generally installed on the u-shaped track, combined with this feature, the steel cable can be arranged above the I-beam in the middle of the track. At the same time, the small editor suggested that the steel wire rope or round steel should be 10mm thick and the end should be fastened with basket bolts.

2、 The sliding ring is two circular rings which are interlocked. As long as there is a certain margin left, the wire rope can be prevented from scratching and jamming; The steering ring is two circular rings connected by bolts and can rotate freely.

3、 First, put one end of a steering ring on the steel cable, leave the motor lead and fix the rubber sleeve on the lower end of the steering ring, then put one end of multiple sliding rings on the steel cable, and then fix the rubber sleeve on the lower end of the sliding ring in sections, connect the front end to the motor, which can rotate freely, and connect the rear end to the power supply.

4、 Under the traction of the motor, with the steering ring as the center, the traction cable moves in a straight or circular direction.
